Give peace to brain and body – learn mindfulness with inmuRELAX. Would you like 15 minutes of mindfulness every day? In this video course you will be guided through 8 different mindfulness sessions. We recommend that you work with one session one week at a time. When you have been through all 8 sessions, you are free to choose to continue working with the sessions that you think are good for you or that you need. The exercises are based on inmuRELAX’s many possibilities and thus also provide inspiration to further work yourself. You can do the exercises daily or when and where it suits you. The exercises are shown standing, but can also be done sitting and most of them also lying down. Try out yourself!
